Fair question to ask of any real estate agent......"WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU?"

Here's the answers that you want because if I cannot answer the question, "What's in it for me", then I have failed.

IF YOU ARE SELLING:

1.  I have the exclusive right and copyright to an ONLINE LISTING FORM that YOU, the SELLER can fill out, hit the "SUBMIT" button, and I'll get all the information in about ten seconds, and within TWO HOURS, I will have your Fair Market Value (ballpark) of what your home is worth.  Other agents take days....you want the information NOW.

2.  Once you list your home with me, I will do an ONLINE OPEN HOUSE TOUR, and will put it on another site used exclusively for that purpose.  There is a $50.00 cost for that, but take a peek at one of the TOURS, and you decide if BUYERS would rather see YOUR listing with me...or just a photo tossed on a website or in the MLS.  YOU MUST SEE THE OPEN HOUSE...available to BUYERS 24 hours a day 7-days a week...not for just an hour or two on the weekend where your home open house competes with weather (good and bad) or baseball or football games.    Oh, and I pay for the ONLINE OPEN HOUSE as a courtesy to you in appreciation for your listing.

3.  I have the ability to now link my OPEN HOUSES directly to the www.Realtor.com web site listing of your home.  This is huge.  www.Realtor.com \is responsible for getting 78% of ALL BUYERS on their site.  Now, with the ability to link the listing directly to the ONLINE OPEN HOUSE, all BUYERS will see your home the same way they would if I personally showed it...only I do it tirelessly - 24 hours a day.  Nobody but myself, and a small handful of agents who work within our group have this capability.  We originated the ONLINE OPEN HOUSE technology.

 

4.  I have this "No-Long-Term Agreement Policy".  It's called, "If I Stink - Fire Me".  My MLS Listing Agreements are for 90-Days, but in Clause # 7, I write, and sign off on these words," Seller can cancel this Agreement at any time prior to receiving a written Offer." Not many, if any, agents will sign that language.  I figure, "Why should a Seller be married to an agent who isn't doing any work to sell the property!  If you agree, call me.

IF YOU ARE BUYING:
